We are a cleantech company that designs, manufactures and sells autonomous surface vessels, or ASVs. RanMarine Technology B.V. was incorporated in the Netherlands on April 12, 2016, as a private company with limited liability (in Dutch: besloten vennootschap met beperkte aansprakelijkheid). As part of a reorganization in December 2022, we formed RanMarine B.V. and RanMarine USA, both as wholly-owned operating subsidiaries of RanMarine to which we have transferred the operating business. As a result, RanMarine Technology B.V. is the parent holding company of RanMarine B.V. and RanMarine USA, our wholly-owned operating subsidiaries. RanMarine Technology B.V. will be the holding company of the group. RanMarine B.V. will act as an operating entity to design and manufacture our ASVs and to manage all of our sales and logistics. RanMarine USA will act as sales hub for our sales in North America and enable us to further increase our presence in North America. Our principal executive offices are located at Galileistraat 15, 3029 AL Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
